Keeping up with the latest technology trends,Pakistan Peoples Party Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has decided to reach out to supporters using holography. Many of us still don't know what is a hologram and how it is using in holography.
A three-dimensional image formed by the interference of light beams from a laser or other coherent light source. With the use of the microphone, the hologram image will speak and move in real time. The 3D hologram effect makes it look like a subject is sat with the mentor when in fact they are elsewhere. Likewise, Holography is the science and practice of making holograms. It is used to display a fully three-dimensional image of the holographic subject, which is seen without the aid of special glasses or other intermediate optics.
The Hungarian-British physicist Dennis Gabor was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1971 "for his invention and development of the holographic method". His work, done in the late 1940s, was built on pioneering work in the field of X-ray microscopy. The discovery was an unexpected result of research into improving electron microscopes. The technique was originally invented is still used in electron microscopy, where it is known as electron holography, but optical holography did not really advance until the development of the laser in 1960. The word holography comes from the Greek words holos means "whole" and graphē means "writing" or "drawing".There are so many kinds of Hologram. Like Transmission Holograms, Rainbow transmission Hologram, Reflection Hologram, and Laser Hologram etc.
In Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Chairperson of PPP used this technology for the first time. Bilawal’s initial address hologram technologies are a command in Muzaffarabad and Fateh Jang, whereas second in the city and Gujar Khan. The technology will help the party "expand it's outreach" as well as reduce security risks. In a series of his tweets, he wrote the PPP will be using the hologram technology for the first time across different locations in the country.
Pakistani people getting so excited to have this technology in Pakistan. Everyone is appreciating holography. Certainly, Bilawal Bhutto is earning the credit to firstly introduce hologram in Pakistan. Where there are some positive vibes some people are criticizing this as well. They think it is costly and we can save cost and energy by simply using a projector. Some tweets about people excitement and disappointment.
This will be the first time a politician is using Holography to deliver speeches in Pakistan but politicians across the world have already started experimenting with this technology. In February, France’s far-left firebrand Jean-Luc Melenchon embraced technology for the launch of his presidential campaign during a rally in Lyon, with a 3D hologram of him making his speech appearing at the same time at another rally in Paris. In 2014, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had used to the hologram technology in his general election campaign making it the first time this technology was used for politics.
The popular use of hologram technology has been for a posthumous performance by the rapper Tupac Shakur at Coachella in 2012. The holographic technology allows viewers to see objects in 3D with their naked eye. It transports the viewer right into the place and venue of the recording. No glasses or optics are required to view objects in holographic technology. This is just the beginning of successful Holography in Pakistan.
