Today I m going to share the most popular recipe in Pakistan called chicken karahi recipe.Chicken karahi, also known as gosht karahi and Kadai chicken, is a dish from the Indian subcontinent noted for its fiery taste; it is eminent in Pakistani and North Indian cooking. The Pakistani version does not have capsicum or onions whereas the North Indian version uses capsicum. The dish is prepared in a karahi (wok). Before starting I have to say its taste depends on your taste buds so if your doctor Prohibit you something plz avoid in taste because it will harm your health.
First Method Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a wok, Add ginger garlic paste, fry till fragrant.Add dried fenugreek leaves and cumin. Cook for about 30 seconds.Add chicken.When the chicken changed colour add tomatoes.....and spices.Mix. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or till the tomatoes are tender. And the oil separate from it.Add yogurt...(dahi)and green chillies.Cook on high heat till all water evaporates.When gravy is thick add coriander and 2-3 whole chillies.Serve In a Beautiful way!Enjoy Chicken Karahi!
